Bonita Friedericy

Bonita Friedericy was thrilled to be able to go off to the beautiful location of Bethel, Maine to play opposite her husband, John Billingsley, in “The 12 Dogs of Christmas”. Friedericy plays the beautician/hair dresser “Mabel” who reluctantly takes in Emma and who, in the end, finds herself fiercely protective (& fond of) the girl and saves the day by beautifying the dogs for the pageant. One of the busiest actresses around, Friedericy just left the starring role of the L.A. Production of “The Book of Liz” to work on a film written and directed by Bobcat Goldthwaite called “Stay”. Besides her stage work, Bonita has been seen in such films as “Christmas with the Kranks”, “The House of Sand and Fog”, and “the Stepdaughter”. She appeared last season on “The West Wing”, “Veronica Mars”, “LAX”, “7th Heaven” – and more! – and will no doubt be seen just as frequently in the upcoming television season. Bonita currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband, John Billingsley, their two cats, and over 5,000 books.
