Jim Jackman

Jim Jackman doesn’t speak a word in The 12 Dogs of Christmas, (which is ironic considering the amount of voice work he does in animation) but his character of “Melvin” is one that the audience cannot forget. Melvin in his goggles, whether on his motorcycle or in his ever-evolving Dog Catching machine, begins as a menacing - though comedic - figure who becomes a softie that the kids love by the end. Jackman has been seen in dozens of films, including Mel Brooks Spaceballs, The Bachelor, and Crazy/Beautiful. TV appearances include the shows Malcolm in the Middle, Suddenly Susan and 3rd Rock From the Sun.
